About Us

Maggie Garten and Karen Davis are professional speakers, image coaches and certified wardrobe consultants by the Tanner Company for the élana and Doncaster Collections. They offer a variety of programs focusing on wardrobing, leadership, business development, professional and social etiquette, and personal image.

They are members of The National Capital Speakers Association, the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce,
The Federation of Business and Professional Women, The Executive Woman's Forum, Leadership Greater Washington and The Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce. Both Maggie and Karen volunteer their time and services to their church, plus various cultural and volunteer organizations. With 25 years of experience between them in the image industry, they are subject matter experts who can make anyone feel radiant, self confident and look ten pounds thinner!
